Tariffs of the Company

The Company’s services are billed on a time-spent basis unless otherwise agreed separately in writing.

The current hourly rates are as follows:

• Managing Director — EUR 1,300 / hour
• Senior Manager — EUR 1,000 / hour
• Head of Project — EUR 1,000 / hour
• Consultant — EUR 800 / hour
• Assistant Consultant — EUR 400 / hour
• Junior Staff — EUR 200 / hour

The applicable rate depends on the level of the specialist involved in reviewing, processing, preparing, analyzing, drafting, responding to, or otherwise handling the relevant request, communication, or assignment.

Any user who submits a message through the website, sends an inquiry, requests communication, or subscribes through the website confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the Company’s applicable tariffs, terms, and rules of interaction as published on the website.

By sending a message through any form on the website and/or by subscribing to updates, the user expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
1. the Company’s services may be charged based on the above hourly rates;
2. the applicable rate will be determined by the Company depending on the level of personnel involved;
3. the review of incoming requests, follow-up communications, analysis of materials, preparation of responses, and further professional involvement may be subject to billing in accordance with the Company’s tariffs;
4. the user is deemed to have accepted these tariffs and the Company’s applicable terms from the moment they independently tick the relevant checkbox and submit the form and/or subscribe through the website.

The Company reserves the right to update or amend its tariffs at any time. The version published on the website at the time of the user’s request, submission, or relevant engagement shall apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If the user does not agree with the Company’s tariffs, they must refrain from sending messages, submitting requests, subscribing through the website, or otherwise using the relevant forms.
