The model incorporates real-time variables such as regional delivery delays, cost fluctuations, and seasonal supply trends, enabling smart route and vendor selection for multi-region distribution.

The system was trained on anonymized historical datasets and tailored to client-specific logistics profiles. Its goal is to reduce delivery costs, predict supply chain disruptions, and improve operational resilience in volatile environments.

This solution has already been integrated into several analytical platforms as a backend module for decision-support tools used in procurement and inventory planning.
